In the series opener we meet Nancy Botwin, a recently widowed suburban soccer mom who's dealing pot to make ends meet; Nancy flips out when she discovers Josh, one of her competitors, is dealing to 10 year-olds at her youngest son's school, but she soon discovers a bigger skeleton in Josh's closet; Nancy is stunned when Quinn, her rival Celia's 15 year old daughter, asks her permission to have sex with her 15 year old son, Silas; Celia thinks her Nanny-Cam is the perfect solution to keep the kids celibate, but she ends up seeing much more than she bargained for.

　　Cameras are rolling on the French Caribbean island of Guadeloupe for the tenth anniversary series of BBC One’s hugely popular Death In Paradise, making it one of the first BBC single camera dramas to start filming since lockdown.
　　Red Planet Pictures have worked closely with industry bodies, other production companies and the BBC to develop a detailed Covid-19 protocol policy, implementing various safety measures including social distancing, face coverings and temperature and Covid-19 testing to minimise any risk of infection. There is also a full-time Covid-19 Supervisor on set to make sure the protocols are being implemented correctly and the latest guidance is incorporated into the policy. The health and safety of our cast and crew is paramount and production is working in line with the Guadeloupe advice as well as the industry guidelines.
　　Returning to the sun-soaked island to reprise their roles are Ralf Little as D.I. Neville Parker, Don Warrington as Commissioner Selwyn Patterson, Tobi Bakare as D.S. JP Hooper and Elizabeth Bourgine as Mayor Catherine Bordey.
　　As well as the usual baffling murders, intriguing puzzles and famous guest stars, viewers can expect some huge surprises as the show celebrates a decade as one of the most loved British dramas - and these surprises begin with the return of D.S. 　　Law & Order: Special Victims Unit: 对于一部procedural drama来说情节及其设置是成功的关键，L&O: SVU在这方面是相当不错的，同是它也继续着L&O系列的传统：对各个主角的私生活几乎不接触。这样的好处就是可以使观众随时看任意一集而不必担心情节不连续；坏处就是观众群不断更换。Easier to attach, easier to detach. L&O: SVU最大的卖点是sex crime。
